Today, a session was conducted for girls in grades IV to VII on menstruation. We had an external resource person, MS Neetika from Unicharm company, present the session. It’s important to learn menstrual hygiene at a young age. Understanding how to take care of your body helps you stay healthy and confident as you grow.
